If you have a non refundable reservation, you can't cancel it for free

It's possible to change the reservation free of charge to another date, we do this in consultation with the guest. It doesn't matter within which period a different date is chosen, there is no limit to this. If a new date is chosen where the prices are higher than the amount of the previously made reservation, we will maintain the amount of the first reservation. We understand that it's impotence, that applies to the guest, but that is also the case for the hotel.
